Shipping & Returns


We can ship to virtually any address within Australia via Australia Post.

When you place an order, the Australia Post Shipping & Handling calculator linked to this website will help determine the cost for shipping to your address. 

Once your order is submitted, we will keep you informed on the status of your order via e-mail updates.  Please note, the shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based (see item details). To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full Kg.

We deliver free to the local community.  If you live or work in the following postcodes and place a minimum order of $12, we will deliver to your door.

Important: If you plan to pickup your items from the Caloundra market on a Sunday morning (8am-1pm) please ensure you calculate the shipping using postcode 4551 this will ensure you have no postage charges applied to your order.


Returns Policy 

You may return most new, unopened coffee accessories (not coffee beans) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. (excluding shipping charges).  All warranty claims for a faulty product must first be notified by e-mail. Click here ian@wagtailcoffee.com.au

We will consent to a return of the goods if found to be faulty, however return postage is your responsibilty.  We also need the product back to base to assess and claim from the supplier of the goods.  If the fault is found to be due to misuse or negligence on your behalf then the warranty is void.  No refund will be given.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
